    it smell good and look good the yeast is not Brown if I understand , I would have better done to put it in the refrigerator

    Hi , I made a starter last sunday becaise I was suppose to brew last week......finally I changed my brew day to next week ...... My starter stay in the dark at 21°c ........ I would like to know if I need to put new wort on it to refresh it...or if its better to do a new one thanks

    hi , last week i made a yeast starter for the first time and I really like the experience. I would llike to do it again but I m not sur about how many time I can keep the starter at 19c before pitching? when the yeast is settle down does i have to refregirate it or not ? and if i refregirate it...

    Yes i only pitched 1 and the gravity was at 1.062

    Thanks for your quick answer ! I juste pitched the dry yeast in the carboy and now the fermenter is at 21 °c So i will wait and maybe pitche an other yeast ....there cheap like you say thanks :)
