    5kg of malt for a partial mash? Also that looks like the only fermentable. Am I confused about what a partial mash is? I imagined some mashing that was suplimented with some extract or other fermentable.

    Cheers! It's an American IPA. Come out at 4.2% ABV. I'm really surprised at how bright it is. I wasn't expecting it to come out this well on my first ever batch
