gtg after 2 days? or leave on 10-12 for how many days and then gtg??

Hi all, I understand I need to set my CO2 to 10psi after using the calculator (https://www.brewersfriend.com/keg-carbonation-calculator/) but my question is for how long do I leave it on until the beer is ready and carbonated? It doesn't seem to say? thanks!
