Using RO water I have made a water profile adjustment for "London (Porter, dark ales)".
The profile calculator uses HCO which I have balanced adding chalk (CaCO3). When I save and go to my recipe HCO3- is used for the profile and is plain zero. None of the added chalk reflects in the alkilinity...
No, mine is a pseudo-brew. I just used a solution of sugar to find correlation between my refractometer, Tilts, and a Oeschle hydrometer. After that I made up a recipe having my OG just to collect data of the Tilts as they were fermenting.
I am running a calibration test with two Tilt's in the same fermenter. Since 4-5 days ago the ABV calculation have been zero in my brew session graphs. All other readings seems to be working fine. Is that caused by using two Tilt channels?
