    Thanks for the advice. The yeast was from e couple of pseudo sue cans (or king sue.. cant remember). I'll flick them an email as I'm in Australia.

    Hi Everyone. I recently harvested yeast from some toppling goliath cans and used it in my last batch. It's one of my best brews yet! Does anyone know the strain of yeast they use?
