    Something red.... With Pale ale wheat and East Kent Goldings hop. White Labs WLP530 Abbey Ale yeast. Brewed 15th. of December, second fermentation January 2nd. Bottled January 16th. First taste last week. Today it looked much better. Taste is great.

    Another SMaSH. Brewed November 22nd, second fermentation december 8th and bottled January 20th. Pils Malt, Cascade hops and Fermentis Safale US-05 yeast. Turned out really well. Very clear!

    Just got home from work. Thirsty as allways. In my barn I found a few bottles of Christmas beer. Very tasty and very strong! Brewed last summer. I didn´t have a kettle then. It´s a beerkit. Brewferm Christmas beer.

    Be more patient. It looks okay to me. Is there no lid on your airlock?

    Hello from the Netherlands

    Hello Brewers from all over the world. My name is Pieter and I live in the Netherlands. I´ve been brewing since 2017. I own a BrewMonk all-in-one brewing kettle. Capacity 20 litres (I guess). I´m 57 years old and I live in the south of the country. I´m divorced, father of three daughters.
