    When to add raspberries?

    Berries went in on wed and I pulled a sample this morning (Friday). Beer looks great, smelled great and tasted great. Came out to about 4.5%abv, just below what I was shooting for. I left everything in the fermenting bucket and put it in my keezer until I can keg it today or tomorrow.

    Trying to achieve a good beer but I get deeper and deeper the more I read Into lager, I planned on single infusion mash, figured it will still be beer either way. I've seen different ways to do lagers including different temp rest etc.

    I have a Russian stout I would like to enter In a beer judging contest, I planned on kegging this stout, is it possible to bottle a beer after it's been carbed in a keg in order to drop off at judging site, or should I bottle one and let it carb in the bottle?
