Has anyone created a good Peroni Red Label clone. I am now doing all grain and while in Europe my non beer drinking wife really like this. It is definitely not a Hop Head beer. Mainly I want to know the type of Hops used and if mostly used in flavor addition because the beer is amber, sweet...

Here is my Home Brew Bar. Built it myself from scratch including the room its in (AKA Shed/Office) and the Bar, Taps and towers and sink. The Towers are actually made from Airplane Engine Cylinders.
