    EVA barrier, PVC free, PEX, vinyl, silicone......what is the best beverage tubing for a kegerator? And what is the best one for transferring hot liquid? Can I use the same one for both situations? Thanks for your opinion and cheers to a new year!

    Mash tun or biab?

    I want to brew a 5 gallon batch of stout. I only have a 4 gallon kettle. What is the drawback to brewing 3.5 gallons and adding water to the carboy to get the 1.054 OG?

    Did my fermentation finish?

    I was wondering, would it be at all helpful to pour in another packet of yeast after just a week? Assuming that the gravity readings are not stable yet. Could there be enough in the beer to start it working just a little longer to lower FG just a little bit more?
