Guys, does mixing StarSan with a chlorinated tap water have any impact on flavor? Or does it make that Starsan solution less effective? As far as I know, the only thing you should keep an eye on is to make sure pH of that solution does not rise above 3.5, but I have no clue whether chlorine has...

Hey, guys. Any thoughts on Enigma or Denali hops at all? I would like to try 'em out in a SMaSH, just to actually check the hop profile, but I am not quite sure what to expect. So far I know that Enigma is somewhat similar to Galaxy. Has anyone brewed with these hops before?
