Hello Everyone, I have been small batch brewing for a couple of years now. All grain beers and branching out to meads and melomels. Lucky to have two brew stations and have managed to make really good product on a tight budget and with re-purposed items.

Hello everyone, I would like to use lactose to sweeten up ciders and ginger beer. Does anybody have an estimate for how much lactose per gallon I should use?
