    Aggressive Vermont Ale Yeast Fermentation

Yes I'm getting used to that now, since doing liquid yeast and starters, when doing dried yeast it was never as fun as watching the liquid work through the sugar, I've also reached the desired gravity in 2 days.

    Aggressive Vermont Ale Yeast Fermentation

I was being greedy trying to fit in as much as possible as the last brew I didn't have enough and only got 17 X 330ml bottles. When I used to brew 23litres I always felt I had too much beer now I'm doing 11 litre brews i feel I have not got enough. Lol

Force carbonation question for hazy beers

Hi all I've always forced carbed beers that are clear so I crash cool in a corny, force carb and then bottle using a beer gun. My question is, if I crash cool a hazy beer to do the same process would this clear the beer or reduce the haze. I have been told that force carbonation should be done...

    Issue with wort? protein

Do you think it will affect the clarity as I want a hazy beer so what you say about the large particles taking stuff with it might actually make it clearer. Yes and I was hoping to re use the yeast. Does it mean I might need to wash the yeast more.
