    Another "custom" malt maker that is widely distributed in NZ, Oz and South East Asia is Cooper's from Australia. I've found that any recipe with a custom malt is not included in the mash calculations of a brew session. Thanks for the attention to detail.

    I guess that's what happens when you double grind and your efficiency goes up by 10%. Good to know. My new Tilt is also not well calibrated so that could have put me "over the top" and around the bottom side. Just interested that the max could be exceeded beyond the "horizon". Cheers
