I want to get into all grain brewing. Ideally how many 10 gallon coolers will I need and does it matter if Igloo or Rubbermaid?

I should be starting this week if the storms and heat and humidity end. Not expecting a lot as this is my first year.

I find the LME easier to use as it does not clump up and cling to everything how are you overcoming these issues? just asking to improve my knowledge.

My hops are flowering.

We have ordered 5 different Rhizomes Cascade, Centennial, Mt. Hood, Nugget, and Willamette. Just waiting for them to arrive.
