Fermentation stop to fast (2nd time 2nd bach)

I don’t know, it looks like yeast rafts and break material to me. What were your starting gravity and gravity before you dry hopped? I don’t see much of a krausen ring in your bucket. So maybe something going on with your fermentation.

    Sparge/recirculation arms

Fly sparging is great, the efficiency is tremendous! But… add another 45 to 60 minutes to your brew day. Batch , pour or dunk sparge are less efficient but effective. You will need to add more grain to hit your mash target gravity or hope you extraction is optimal. Full volume mash you will...

How to keep things fresh between tasting sessions

You can get these to cover the tap if bugs are an issue; https://www.kegworks.com/kleen-plug-beer-tap-faucet-cap-brush/ Spray them with sanitizer before putting them in the tap.

Brewzilla? Anyone have one and can give some advice?

I use one of these under my grainfather https://www.lowes.com/pd/EASTMAN-24-in-ID-Electric-Water-Heater-Drain-Pan/5001255379 I only get a few drips when I switch connections from mash recirculating to the chiller.

    Sparge/recirculation arms

It will not shut a pump off, so I gravity fed from hlt. You put it in your mash tun to maintain a 1 to 2 inch amount of sparge water above the mash.

    Sparge/recirculation arms

With your tun could do like Clawhammer Supply. I had the ultimate sparge arm when I had a large kettle. No grain getting stuck in little holes.

    extract kit modification

Dead Ringer is a great clone of Dead Guy Ale, I have made it many times. Don has some great advice but if you boil less you will need more hops. Using less than 4oz in the 60 minute boil would be cloyingly sweet. Hop substitutes for the Centennial would be Cascade, Columbus or Chinook.

    Who do you cheer for?

I have 3 teams I follow; Notre Dame, Army and Navy so I have no skin in the game. FSU got screwed just because the mindless selection committee doesn’t believe in a 3rd string QB. They pull this kind of crap all the time. Farewell PAC-12 /rant over

    WC IPA / Chinook

It can add some grapefruit too if used late or dry hopped. I have done chinook only in an arrogant bastard clone, which is very piney.
