What is every-bodies favorite style to brew? or what do you typically brew the most? I've been a big saison guy so I'll typically brew that "style" the most. ' Then again, many of the "saisons" I brew probably wouldn't end up being classified as saisons. I may overuse 3711 slightly... :lol:

Honestly, it varies. I may brew one time a month, or might brew 5 times a month. It depends on my schedule, what stuff I have on hand or if I have to order, or if theres something that I need to brew or really want to brew(My house saison must always be on tap so it may take serious priority...

Ive made two beers with Coconut...a pale ale and a black ipa. Both I toasted 1lb of coconut and put it in the mash. Very nice coconut flavor but not overpowering. I was actually surprised the coconut in my black ipa wasn't overpowered by the hops.
