This is a crazy wet yeast I picked up from my buddy the brewer at Backcountry Brewing. London 1318, London lll.

Anyone know where I can get Ball Lock Disconnect washers, you know, the ones inside the ball lock that always seen to get lost!!

Has anyone tried putting a hop bag with your dry hops into the pressure fermenter and have it suspended above the wort using magnets, after few days pull the magnet and Bang, dry hopping! Is this possible?

So excited to get the beer into the keg that I forgot to take a hydro sample! Can I just pour a jar and let it go flat then use it for a sample or just trust the process :cool:

So I am thinking about a conical fermenter, plastic, looking at the FermZilla or the Fastferment. Any insight would help, Pro's Con's I heard the Ferzilla is a pain to clean? (but I'm not to lazy)

So I want to learn to use my refractometer for FG not just during brew day. OG 1.050 (12.5brix) FG 1.012 (FG 3brix) =4.99% All good. BF refrac calculator tells me it’s 8% 1.050 3 brix 1.0 correction factor 8% what am I doing wrong?

So I made my usual 1.5L starter, this was daily grease yeast from my brewmaster buddy who owns one of our local breweries, London lll.

Anyone use these to ferment in? Still trying to find out if they are food safe, they are HDPE but not sure about #2HDPE, they are BPA Free.
