I was hoping some one could help with this. I made a Octoberfest brew 24hrs ago and still do not see any sign of fermentation starting. I used WLP820 Octoberfest lager yeast. My temp is 68. Am I jumping the gun on worrying or did I screw up. I guess my question is how long before seeing Activity...

My brew has been in my primary bucket for 5 1/2 days now. It was bubbling thru the airlock for about 1 1/2 - 2 days and has stopped for about a day now. Should I put it in a secondary crbody in a few days or leave it for another week and then bottle? I read that secondary is not as necessary...
