    Bad beer combinations

    So I was at a wing joint the other day and got a Highlands Oatmeal Porter which is a great beer, but I didn't realize that eating it with hot wings was a horrible idea! The combination tasted terrible! Anybody else have a similar experience?

    Bock recipe

    So I have 2 pounds of German wheat malt, and 1 pound of Goldswaen Brown Malt and molasses. Now my question is. For a 2 gallon recipe, does the brown malt add any sugar to the mash? I can't find it on the recipe maker on here and was curious if I needed to get more grain.

    Porter all grain low gravity

    So I brewed my second all grain. I mashed in a 5 gallon cooler the grains (10 lb American victory 2 row, 1 lb needs Carmel 80l, and 1 pound American chocolate malt) for 1 hour and the temp was 160 the whole hour.
