    Chocolat Coffee Stout

I used grocery oatmeal-- quaker oats. I just bottled it and I tasted the un-carbonated beer--although it did not that milk shake thickness that lactose has, it was "silky".. couple of weeks from now, we will see if it worked.

    Ascorbic acid when dry hopping

I was also wondering about adding sugar when dry hopping or late flavor additions to create/replace the CO2. I have been doing that for a while but do not know if there is value added.

    Dairy-free sweet chocolate stout recipe

Daughter is lactose-intolerant. Trying to brew her a batch of chocolate milk stout for the holidays. Want a slightly sweet (not chocolate syrup), some toasty elements with that nice mouthfeel. I assume that oatmeal needs to be in the mash (never used it). Does anyone have a tested recipe?THX

    Botanical derived terpenes-- any advice

These do not have cannabis extract (i.e., no buzzy- they are legal in states that marijuana is not legal). They are flavorings-and the website makes them sound like hops (dank, pineapple, citric, wood, earthy, spicy). No direction on how to use them-

I was gifted a small bottle of Wild Strawberry Puree- now trying to figure out a recipe. Any suggestions-- thinking maybe a wheat beer. Not a fan of real sweet fruity beer.

    Botanical derived terpenes-- any advice

I received some samples of botanical derived terpenes from Abstrax. Has anyone used these in brewing beer? I am trying to figure out how to use it in small batches. Samples included pineapple express, king louie, SFV, Blackberry cash, super lemon, gelato
