How do you get the tap water info from the water company? I have scoured my water company's website and have not found any info on the water quality. I am just wondering how everyone else gets this info. CHEERS!

I batch sparge, and generally don't follow any of the water to grain laws. I normally just do about 3 gallons of water for each run for a total output of around 7.5 gallons of wort which boils down to about 5.5 gallons. Am I making a terrible mistake? Your input is greatly appreciated!

I am planning on making an IPA using Cascade, Columbus, and Mosaic hops in the next week or so. I have heard some good things about Mosaic hops from a friend. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to utilize the Mosaics. Your input would be greatly appreciated. Cheers, George
