I see a Premium Pro level membership upgrade option in my accounts page, but the feature matrix only shows Trial, Premium, and Premium Plus. What exactly is included in the Premium Pro membership?

Is there a way to convert a brew session to a Snapshot?

Finally got a surround made for my Keezer body so it doesn't look so much like an industrial appliance in the middle of my house. I think it came out pretty nice. It's three sided and folds flat in case I ever have to move it.

I normally use my iPhone for my brew day. I noticed that the brew steps are now orderable by dragging and dropping which is really nice. However, on the iPhone it makes it nearly impossible to scroll the screen with a finger drag, because the site thinks you're trying to re-order the brew steps...

I have an extract recipe and currently the boil size is set to 3 gallons, and the resulting IBU calculation is about 70 IBU. I was thinking about doing a full boil of about 7 gallons, but changing that parameter increases the IBU to 120. Can somebody explain why boiling more water (with no...
