How do you search for a member???

My brother and I are brewing buddies, along with a few other brewers (home and retail). It would be awesome if we could follow each others brew sessions since we live on separate sides of Virginia.

Thanks jeffpn. I have read that most homebrewers add it at flame out so as not to diminish the honey flavor during the boil. When did you add it? I plan on using Wildflower honey by the way.

I'm planning on brewing a Honey IPA using real honey. Any suggestions on the amount I should use or how to figure that out? It will be an all grain recipe (7.5 gallon boil size and 5.5 gallon batch). Approx. 70 IBUs. I would like for it to be subtle and not over powering. Using Cacade, Amarillo...
