    Clawhammer Supply Electric All-in-One

Thanks for sharing your impressions on this set up. I really considered it before I settled on the GF. That's to bad it doesn't have a time delay. Not a deal breaker for sure, but man I really do like the feature! Is yours the 120v if I remember correctly? Unfortunately, for us here in the...

What are you doing with homebrew today?

Yeah, way to much white stuff. We just had power come back on so catching up on heat and warm food/coffee. This pic was taken this morning. Probably another 6-8 inches easy since then. Our chicken run is 6'. Not much happening with home brew today!

    Building a 5/5 beer.

Looks like a great beer! I've never used Sabro hops before, and had to look them up. Sounds very interesting for sure. Have you used them before? Be sure to check back in with the final product!

Smoking, grilling and curing foods, etc.

I'm ready for the end result. I did my 1st corned beef a couple weeks back. I didn't smoke as the weather was not cooperating. I pressure cooked it in the instant pot with a couple cups of beer and some bay, pepper, mustard, and coriander thrown in. It turned out great!

    Apricot Wheat

I realize that on your end, but on light fruits like peach and apricot or even strawberries, up to around 2# per gallon isn't out of the norm. Depends what your tastes are. On light fruit I wouldn't use less than 1# per gallon to start, but that's just me.

    Sexual harrassment in the breweries

I'm so freaking tired of the term "white privileged". I refuse to be made to feel inferior because I'm white and male. And if this is the way this site is going I'm gone. So tired of this crap. Sexual harassment doesn't know color or race and neither does discrimination.

    Apricot Wheat

Notice the comment about light flavor. Thats why I suggested about 2lbs per gallon if you want more. Add to that taste is subjective. Some like subtle, just a hint, some want to know its there without question, and others want in your face. It may be something you have to brew several times to...
