    Lemongrass: How to add

    Making a lemongrass Saison and i'm wondering if anyone has used lemongrass as an herb for flavoring. I'm thinking i'll make a tea out of some of the dried plants and add to conditioning vessel. But trying to upscale to a 5 gallon batch has me puzzled. Ideas? thanks.

    Lagering a Biere de Garde

    Wondering how long to lager (say at ~35*F) a Biere de Garde. Had 4 weeks in the primary using a lager yest (Bavarian) at a rather warm 60*F. Produced the esters/fruity aromas i wanted and now to age a bit. Does 4 weeks sound reasonable? Thanks, Allen
