My only concern would be if they are milled, if so the concern would be the humidity. Not to mention that milled grains should be used fairly promptly.

Checked in on the English Pale Ale Krausen has fallen, looks like a good amount of the yeast has dropped out. Will let it ride over the weekend before checking gravity.

Peeked at the English Pale Ale, popped the spunding valve on set at 10. Will leave it until probably Tuesday before checking gravity, and hopefully setting it to cold crash for a few days

The all in one systems are great, but come with their limitations. I use a Brewzilla 3.1.1, and it works great, but if you want to brew anything bigger than 5%, you will need something on the side for sparge water, or sparge cold. It is just simply a grain capacity issue. If I were to do it...
