What are you drinking right now?

Boulevard Brewing - Tank 7 American Saison
This isn’t going to convert any non-Saison drinkers, but for those already bent towards the style it’s a nice beer. Banana and clove dominate, with a fizz on the tongue for all get-out.

My Viking Pale Ale. First batch brewed after dropping my pH target from 5.4 to 5.35. Seems a bit crisper with the lower pH. Will be kegging another APA late this week, so will see if it follows suit.

Nice Bob! Been target mashing my lighter beers at 5.35 to 5.38 lately. I need to check the pale in the fermenter now and see what the mash target was on that one. A Warier single hop.

Planning on a single hopped Warrior Pale or Blonde and another with Crystal, but waiting for warmer weather. The next 4 batches are all hoppy IPAs and APAs.

This is for Nosy, at a the Bierhaus in Merida Mexico having some German beer! Say hi to Charlene

Ummm, an MPA? Mexican Pale Ale? This was pretty good, nice malt character, and good level of bitterness, not much aroma though. Wasn't crazy about the hop mix (although I have no idea what the hops are)
