Hi,

Since few months ago my quick water requirements are not calculated correctly. I have to point out that i'm using metric system settings. I have old recipes stored that still have correct numbers. When new recipe is entered Strike water volume shows unusually low number.

Example:
Grain bill 4kg
Starting Mash Thickness 3l/kg
Strike water volume: 1.5 (shows same number despite whatever changes i make)

I tried changing all profile settings, mash schedules (with water volumes and without) and nothing works. Even if no Equipement profile is selected same error occurs. Any ideas?
I'll try posting some pics if neccesary.

have you adjusted this correct Mash Tun Volume: 80 qt or L

also in your recipe on editing it have you picked the equipment profile and saved it?

If you still have problems after trying the solution OMB gave, please do post the pics.

Also I'd need to know how you are access the area.

Thanks

Hey,

Mashtun volume entered already at 35liters. All other variables i've entered in liters/kilograms based on selected general settings. I'm guessing there must be a setting that calculates some values as gallons or I have screwed up the entry.

Anyway all print screen are attached. Any feedback apreciated.

Additionaly my efficiency calculations are now off when making a brew session (screen attached). This is a 2nd brew that happened and obviously some settings must be incorect and i haven't figure out which ones.

We're actively taking care of issues, and I'm sure this is on there somewhere so I'm finding out where and when it should be complete.

Hi. Your example present an obvious problem:

Example:
Grain bill 4kg
Starting Mash Thickness 3l/kg
Strike water volume: 1.5 (shows same number despite whatever changes i make)

However in the snap shot pictures the grain bill is some 1.9 kg and the water amount is calculated to some 5.5 liters of water at a water to grain ratio of 2.9 which looks right. Since the water amount only depend on one single input data - the grain bill - and is calculated using only one scaling factor - the specified water to grain ratio - there is not much room for errors.
