I crushed 13# of grain for a brew....into a brown paper bag...rolled and stapled the top of bag...put bag in kegerator.

Things came up and 3 weeks later that bag is still there, waiting....

When I get back home should brew with it, or call it a loss. ??

its fine, smell it after it warms up, does it smell like grain or weak or fridge smell. if it smells fine or taste good use it

Agreed: If it still smells good, use it.

A couple of times I have had a brew batch crushed and sitting in the laundry (not the fridge) in a sealed plastic bag for 3 weeks before use. No issues, the beer was good!
As has been mentioned, taste it if you are worried.

i always double bag mine but I had crushed grain in a sealed baggy for a year, 90 crystal and was amazing

oh and my practice is to keep the grain dry, a fridge or freezer adds moisture

I store milled grain in a food-safe bucket with a tight lid in the coolest room of the house. I've never had a problem.
