So I'm working on a Belgian IPA similar to Hommel Ale. From doing research it looks like they use Brewer's Gold and Challenger for Bittering. They use Hallertau and Saphir for aroma. IBU's should be around 40ish. This is where I don't know how to go about using hops. What I have now is 0.5 oz Brewer's Gold and 0.5 oz Challenger at 60 minutes for 34IBU's. 15 minute addition of 1oz Hallertau for 7.7IBU's and 1oz of Saphir at 1 minute for a total of 42 IBU's
