Just curious if you made any changes to your current batch?
Well, I made some water adjustments this year, wasn't doing that for last years batch. The grain bill stayed the same.
The amount of hops changed slightly. Since the AA was different and I didn't want to save like 3g of hops, I used the full oz so the IBUs are a little higher

Bar in sparks Nevada. Pfriem pilsner from Oregon. Never heard of the brewery but it's pretty good. Smells Malty and tastes dry biscuit and a nice noble hop flavor. Cool looking bottle

They are in Hood River in the Columbia River Gorge. Many competition accolades.

I considered a little tug off the bourbon bottle when I woke at 1 am this morning. I would've too if I didn't have to be up to work at 424 am. Long day ahead...
