kitchen sink amber ale

I like it...I might opt for a little less Crystal, but for an Amber, it'll do nicely. I agree with Head First about late addition hops. Most any American or English hop would do. I'd think about Willamette though doubling up on the Cluster would do nicely.
 
I agree with less crystal malt but that my personal preference as I never use more than one pound in anything. Amber is one of those styles that has quite a range so it's hard to mess up.
 
I have .5 onces of Willamette from a previous brew should I add that at 12 minutes mark or sometime like that?

Pretty good looking kitchen sink. Late hops will help cut some of the crystal malt sweetness for a little better balance. As stated you are at a personal preference level now.

so the final product is done it kinda tastes like caramelized raisins its ok to me but my neighbor likes it a lot
