Hello All
I'm looking for a tried and tested all grain Amber Ale recipe that is not so high in ABV, would like something in the 4.5-5.5% range

this is a standard amber recipe, use what ever finishing hop you want in place of cascade but this is good

Hiya Ozarks,
I'm about to buy the stuff for your amber ale https://www.brewersfriend.com/homebrew/recipe/view/26889/fat-tire-amber-ale. The one you link to above appears to be locked. I'm wondering what your favorite amber is -- I see you have several listed in your brew logs.
Thanks!

I have about a dozen amber's, it's my favorite style and my best is a lager with Vienna in it, that fat tire is good too

I'm not really set up to do a lager since I don't have a fridge to age it in. But I'm pretty anxious to try your fat tire one -- sounds pretty good. Thanks for the replies.

Do a Vienna Lager recipe with a clean ale yeast - cream ale or US ale yeast. Or try a Cali Common fermentation.
