altering recipe

Quick answer would be to multiply everything in the recipe by .91. The recipe builder has a scale function that would give you a more accurate result, but if I was doing it I would just brew it as is, and leave a bit more beer in the kettle with the trub.

Upper right corner of recipe is Recipe tools...copy...edit copied version...Recipe tools again in editor/calculator...scale to whatever size you need. Your system and process will tell you exactly what sort of water volumes you need.

Have you tried the tool to 'scale recipe'?

I've honestly never tried that. I really should.

It works well - even keeps the water amounts correct relative to your boil-off.
