Hello everybody. My name is Mark and I have been home brewing here for about 4 years. Almost all my brewing is now all-grain and I like to make Pale Ales, English brews and German/Czech lagers. I am retired FedEx person so I have plenty of time to brew. As I am of retirement age now I prefer to use the easiest brew method I can. I have a 3-kettle, single-tier, gas fired system but I find that it is an awful lot of work, oftentimes carrying over to the next day for clean up. Now, I have a Brew-Boss Automated system which is essentially, eBIAB with a smart controller. I prefer this method so I do mostly 5 gallon batches but I can do 10 gallon, also. Looking forward to sample the recipes and maybe putting up some of my own. Cheers!
