hi , last week i made a yeast starter for the first time and I really like the experience. I would llike to do it again but I m not sur about how many time I can keep the starter at 19c before pitching?

when the yeast is settle down does i have to refregirate it or not ?
and if i refregirate it can i just take it out of the frige ...... decant it and let it warm out of the frige and pitch it ?

thanks alot for your help :)

Answer: Don't worry about 19°C too much. Room temperature, as long as you're not freezing or toasty warm, should work for a starter. Just don't go too cool - stresses the yeast.

And how many day after the yeast is settle down I can let the starter at room temp ?

It's beer after it finishes, so a week is fine. After a week you'll start to lose viability.
Cold crashing only helps drop the yeast out of suspension.
Good Luck,
Brian

Ok now I understand
Thanks again
