So I've got a bit of inventory built up and am trying to decide what to brew next session. Here's what I have for inventory, any ideas?

8 Ounces Lactose (Milk Sugar)
540 Grams United Kingdom - Chocolate
8 Pounds United Kingdom - Maris Otter Pale

0.75 Ounces Brewer's Gold
1.5 Ounces Cascade
2 Ounces Centennial

In answer to your original question, what do you like?
 
Just about everything to be honest! Only exception would be rye or sours.
 
you can scale it down if you need to, been around for years, very good recipe
