Brewing salts affect on flavor

Is there a site to look at that explains the effects that certain additives have on the flavor changes or just general changes in your beer? I understand all the PH changes
What does Ca+2 do to flavor or Mg, Na+ Cl- SO4-2 or gypsum etc.
