Well,last night i allowed myself a 25cl bottle of my 'hunter foundation' pale ale brewed from the diy dog recipie pages. First beer i have had since before xmas due to having a variety of tablets to take. Still on some medication so must limit the booze intake

Just a sampler of tge blondie with brown rice. Its good but im dissapointed as its under attenuated im going to mash lower next time to dry it out some. I think what im doing as trying to make a pilsner out of it.... maybe i should just brew a pilsner lol

My mangolasi saison is drying out a little more now still get that mango aroma ajd flavour but just a little less maybee i shoud stir the keg up again.

Those look tasty. I had a rather long day at work yesterday and had my first real drink of January, which was just a diet Pepsi and Costco spiced rum. But damn I wasn't paying attention to my pour and my tolerance has gone way down since Christmas.
