Home brew re supply

My local brew shop charges outrageous prices compared to online so I generally only get the stuff that would get killed by shipping there. I did a 10 gallon whiskey wash with some friends yesterday where I'm going to brew half of it for beer and they're going to distill the other half and see how it turns out. Pretty simple grain bill
13kg pilsner
2kg 2-row (I ran out of pilsner).

So got some more Grain for the up coming year of brewing

A bag of Bairds Pale Ale malt (anyone used this grain before)?
A bag of best malZ Pilsner malt.
5 kg wheat malt
5kg Vienna
2kg caramunich 2 will be brewing crunks helles.
1kg rye malt looking forward to some of this to season me pales
