Has anyone bottled their homebrew using the 750ml Belgian bottles with corks and wire toppers? I was wondering if there's anything you need extra, or processes differing from regular bottling..

Yep. Easy peasy, not much more effort than crown caps. You need a floor corker to push the cork in, then just hand twist the cage. (My experience is with the corona capper\corker, and real corks.(as opposed to the plastic))

I tried the plastic corks and >50% of the bottles were flat and oxidized. :(

I'm not sure if they were slightly too small for the bottle, but it didn't work very well.
