I just ruined my Pils.. I crashed it and forgot to remove the blowoff tube and it sucked in several cups of water... :/

Lesson Learned, what a waste

couple of cups in a 5 Gal, but the trap water wasn't very clean. I'm keeping it on lager to see, but my hopes are low

Bummer! Do you use sanitizer in you blow off bucket? If it's just water then, yeah, I'd expect it's got some skunge in it.

Make sure your blow off water is starsan water.

It might not be ruined at all. Post fermentation beer is pretty stable. I once was removing the external tubing from my water circulating rig that I use to control fermentation temp and dumped some of the nasty, moldy water from the tubing right into the beer. Doh! It turned out fine. Serve it to your friends first! Just kidding.
