All Taps pouring all foam

I've got 5-6 suspects to question -

1. Temperature - kegerator too warm
2. Beer Line dipping below beer level in keg (more commercial keg than homebrew)
3. Over-Carbonation
4. Leak in beer line - at disconnect or at shank
5. Blockage - poppet/hop bag

I'm happy to report the problem was over-carbonation.

I fully purged the keg, connected the party tap (I'll call it that to differentiate from picnic tap/cobra tap), and poured 50% foam. A few minutes later repeated and got 20% foam. Again later and 5% foam (what I want).

This means that there was enough internal pressure in the keg to propel the beer. The beer also had carbonic bite.

I will purge a few times and check tonight and thursday night.

Easily done especially at 30+psi for too long. Im burst carbing today at 30 this arvo ill back the gas off or even unhook all together and let whats in that tiny head space just soak in for next 24 then come weekend set at 10 and forget.

I usually set at 30 psi and let it sit for 24-48 hours depending on beer style. I'll check every 12 to see how it's coming along.

I recently ordered a carbing lid w/ the dip tube and carbing stone. A mimic of the pros, so carbing can be done at pressure using the chart within 24 hours. I'm pumped.
