I was thinking of making this a Keller beir and using wlp001 California ale test, but if I go lager I'll use my 2nd generation 34/70

I would go lager with that grain bill
That's what I'm leaning towards, so I'll definately use the 34/70.
I third this 34/70 will reward you with a nice malty beer for your efforts .

We are off to Belgium on Sunday for a week by the sea, have done so for the past 20 years, I'm still finding new beers to sample
One bar we go to has about 300 local and world beers on their 'Beer Menu' and Belgian food is good too. I'll rest me liver when I get back

I have returned, after drinking enough beer to float the boat, it was great weather, great scenery, I visited the brewery on grand turk, and enjoyed a complimentary glass of lager.
