just bought a Tilt hydrometer, this thing is great. You can see the Gravity as it happens and the temperature with out opening the fermenter. you guys should check it out.

This is a sweet idea! No samples, no chance of contamination, follow fermentation very closely, all with your phone?
Will have to save pennys for a while for 4 of them though @ $120 each.

Got the Google sheet set up. Can also watch on my computer which keeps track of the gravity and temp also has a graph and updates every 15 minutes. It took some works but a great so far.

Now just wi fi your temp controller and all you would have to get up for is another glass of homebrew!

the price tag is the only down side for me especially the conversion rate from us to Aus currency that'd be about 200$!

Sounds like a cool gizmo though but I'll stick with me trusty hydrometer for now.
