My name is Etienne (ET) and I have been brewing on and off for about two years. I have not been serious about it until 2 months ago and bought all sorts of equipment, including a Graindfather, which I love. During the learning process I have made some great beers and some not so great, meaning I am not very consistent and would like to get better. So hopefully with your help, I will be able to improve and brew good beer consistently.
I am looking forward to getting some great information from all of you.
