The CaraPils Pilsner came out...

CaraPils Pilsner is finished and on draft. Force carbed and tasty. Not too far off Pilsner Urquell flavor, maybe a bit more of a sweet malty lager taste than the standard. Good either way. I'm sure it will be a good brew to the last drop. My wife likes it and she doesn't tend to like the "craft beers" I make (she's a Miller Lite drinker).

Not drain cleaner despite the freeze. Could I call this Eisepilsner?

Nice looking brew there wood house nice creamy head on top not as straw coloured as I've seen for a Pilsner or maybe that's from the poor light inside? If the missus likes it that's a win in my book. Cheers to many more delicious brews to come!
