interesting, your 007 is at 12.2, what years crop of it did you get? Mine were called Idaho 7 and at 14.1, but maybe the packaging lied to me, my single hop didn't get as hoppy as I wanted.

Mine is 2016 from Yakima. Was super stoked to find it.

The corn and wheat together seems a little at-odds.
I might either...
1) go for more mouthfeel by losing the corn and upping the base malt and adding a little more Crystal 10
or
2) go for a cleaner , crisp flavor by concentrating on the the base malt, keeping the corn and maybe subbing a little Vienna or even Munich for the wheat.
Hop choices seem really interesting. I bet it'll be nice.

I think it sounds good but also like #2 of JAs input. Jeremiah can you really taste a high level of corn in it?
