When I prime my bottled beer by speise/gyle I set aside approx 1.5Litres to prime approx 18 litres. This ratio works perfect for me. But if I want to find out what this is in terms of Volumes of CO2 how do I do that?

So when they mention apparrent extract to calculate AEb and AEk this is the gravity reading right? And how do you convert to Plato?
