a couple of people i know have some fresh herbs, so i was thinking of using some of those.
Beer 1: a brown ale with some sage and thyme
Beer 2: a wheat beer with some basil
i did a gose with basil that was pretty good, so i'd look to somewhat mimic that recipe. forget how much basil i used offhand. from what i remember, sage and thyme are fairly strong, but i'll read up on that before i start.
also, if i was to layer these, how could i tell which is less dense? FG i guess, right?
